What is the cost for a custom sample?
Tile-only samples: Starting at $400 per design.
Full set samples: If you require custom packaging, mats, or racks, the cost will vary based on your specific requirements.
Note: Sample costs cover production and delivery but do not include local import duties.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ: 300 sets for the best pricing.
Low MOQ Support: We accept orders as low as 100 sets for new starters, though please note the unit cost will be approximately 15-20% higher.
What is the estimated pricing for bulk orders?
Typically, the estimated price ranges from $38 to $70 per set depending on the complexity and quantity. Please contact us with your details for an accurate quote.
Sample: 15-20 days after artwork confirmation. Bulk Production: Generally 45-50 days. During peak seasons, this may extend to 60-65 days.
Our internal standard is a <1% defect rate. We take full responsibility for manufacturing issues such as wrong colors, misaligned prints, or chipped edges. If the fault is ours, we will replace the defective units or offer a partial refund/credit.
